When you use our AI-powered chat or voice assistant, we and our assistant provider collect the messages you send, and, for voice calls, audio of the call, which may be recorded and transcribed to provide and improve the service. Please do not share sensitive personal, financial, or health information through the assistant.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions, through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries, applications, and maintenance requests.
• To administer visitor parking, event bookings, and volunteering.
