Last updated July 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how GSK Properties (“GSK Properties,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit gskproperties.ca (the “Site”), submit a form, subscribe to our newsletter, or interact with our online chat and voice assistant. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Alberta privacy legislation. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Information you submit through forms. When you send feedback, request maintenance, make a leasing or commercial inquiry, register for visitor parking, or book or volunteer for an event, we collect the information you provide — which may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing or unit address, company name, vehicle license plate (for visitor parking), and the contents of your message.
- Newsletter subscriptions. If you subscribe, we collect your email address to send you updates you have requested.
- Chat and voice assistant interactions. When you use our AI-powered chat or voice assistant, we and our assistant provider collect the messages you send, and, for voice calls, audio of the call, which may be recorded and transcribed to provide and improve the service. Please do not share sensitive personal, financial, or health information through the assistant.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions, through cookies and similar technologies.

- To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We rely on your consent and, where permitted, our legitimate business interests and the need to take steps in connection with a prospective or existing tenancy as the basis for these uses.

We may also disclose personal information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests or legal process, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights, safety, or property of GSK Properties, our residents, or others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets. We do not otherwise sell or rent your personal information.
International Transfers
Some of our providers store or process information on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. Where information is transferred outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by courts, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities. We take reasonable steps to ensure providers offer a comparable level of protection.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business and transaction records, and to meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
