“I moved here around 10 months ago. My apartment is secure, and I've rarely had any problems with my appliances, but when I do, management resolves the issue quickly. There's also a gym for residents that I like to use.”

“We moved into the apartment on June 1. The wonderful staff helped us with all our questions. The building is quiet, many people with animals and children live here, but the building is very quiet. I really like the apartment and it is exactly what I expected when I moved.”
“It has been a pleasure to live at the McIntyre Apartments! The neighbors have been great, quite and respectful. We are in the heart of Old Strathcona with parks, the library, coffee shops, grocery stores. All within walking distance is a plus. The units are fresh, modern, up to date, with high ceilings. The balcony is very spacious...like a mini yard to yourself. This is a great apartment for families too!”
