Definitely recommend renting here if you're a student or working professional. Building is very quiet and is pet friendly. Management team is amazing and reply to any issues or concerns you may have in a timely manner. Overall great experience.

We moved into the apartment on June 1. The wonderful staff helped us with all our questions. The building is quiet, many people with animals and children live here, but the building is very quiet. I really like the apartment and it is exactly what I expected when I moved.

It has been a pleasure to live at the McIntyre Apartments! The neighbours have been great, quite and respectful. We are in tge heart of Old Strathcona with parks, the library, coffee shops, grocery stores..all within walking distance is a plus. The units are fresh, modern, up to date, with high ceilings. The balcony is very spacious...like a mini yard to yourself. This is a great apartment for families too!
